Let me tell you about the first time I realised quick fixes weren’t enough…

I kept seeing the same names come back again and again for coaching programmes I worked on. Why? Because they’d made changes for a couple of months, then stopped.

 

The results didn’t stick, not because they failed, but because lasting change takes longer to embed. You can get great results in a short time, but health shouldn’t come with an end date.

 

I know this from experience; change didn’t happen overnight for me either. I was running regularly, juggling work, two young kids, and a husband recently medically discharged from the Army. I kept pushing...until I got seriously ill. Rheumatic fever forced me to stop, and it made me realise I needed a different approach.

What worked in our 20s doesn’t always work in midlife. With more responsibilities, we need something that’s realistic, kind, and built to last.

Those lessons shape how I coach today: with simplicity, sustainability, and a focus on helping women build a life they feel great in.

What is The No Crap Cake Method?

This isn’t about rigid rules. It’s about making intentional choices that support how you want to feel, every day. Choices that lead to strength, energy, and fat loss...not through restriction, but through realistic, sustainable change.

FAQs

Do I need to be fit already?
Nope. You can start from wherever you are. We'll meet you there.

Will this work if I’m in perimenopause?
Yes...this is our speciality. Everything is designed with midlife women in mind.

Do I need a gym or equipment?
Not at all. We offer band, dumbbell, and gym options, plus yoga flows.

What if I’ve tried everything before?
You’re not alone and this time, we’re building change that lasts...starting where you are now.

How often do workouts change?

A new block of workouts is added every 6 weeks to allow for progressive overload. We keep each block up for 12 weeks total so you can continue a little longer if you prefer.

How do you split the workouts?

Home workouts are in full body format for the follow along versions, but you have the option of full body or upper/lower/full body for the in app versions. Gym workouts follow Upper/Lower/Full Body and then a Full Body Bonus session.
