About
Hi, I’m Ruth, and I absolutely love helping women feel their best and achieve their goals.
I understand that the journey to health and fitness can be overwhelming, especially if you’ve tried various diets and workout routines without success.
My mission is to provide support, accountability, and a personalised approach to make your fitness journey simpler and more enjoyable.
My fitness journey began with my own health struggles. After dealing with an autoimmune condition, I started strength training and loved how it made me feel - strong in both body and mind. This experience inspired me to become a coach and help others.

I believe in keeping things simple and realistic. Perfectionism often leads to frustration, so I focus on integrating habits into your life that enhance, not disrupt, what you love. Success is about making healthy changes that are easy to maintain, so you never have to diet again. I help women realise their potential, no matter their circumstances - there's always something we can work on.

My coaching style is rooted in empathy and self-compassion, not judgement. I'm here to help you understand yourself better, practise self-kindness, and focus on what you can control. As a certified personal trainer, EIQ nutritionist, menopause coach, and pre- and post-natal specialist, I offer a holistic approach to achieving sustainable, long-lasting results.

I live in Dartmoor, Devon, with my husband and our two neurodiverse boys, so life is always busy! I love running, paddle boarding, and being by the sea, a passion sparked by living in Barbados for a year. I’m also loving taking part in Hyrox events and the mix of strength and cardio this brings.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
