What makes this membership different from other fitness programs?

We aren’t another program that has you focussing on your goals for a short period of time. We know that it takes time to change and that there will be periods of time where you can focus more on your goals and other times where you’ll be focussing less, but that doesn’t mean you want to completely stop with some of the habits. That’s why we’ve created a membership system where you can change levels if needed to get the support you need for as long as you need.

Is the program personalised to each individual?

While the programs aren’t individually tailored person by person, they’re designed to cater to a wide range of fitness levels and needs. Coach support is available (Accountability Boost or using the forums) to help you stay on track, and there are modifications in the workouts to help the exercises work for you. It’s a group-based program, but with plenty of flexibility to suit your lifestyle and goals.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Whether you’re just starting, returning to fitness after a break or a regular to working out, it is designed to meet you where you are.

Can I do my own workouts?

Sure. If you want the accountability while doing your own workouts this is absolutely fine, we are often used for nutrition, lifestyle and accountability.

Do I need access to a gym to participate?

Not necessarily. Our program includes workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment. If you prefer using gym facilities, we have sessions for you too.

Is the program suitable for women experiencing menopause?

Yes! We know that women going through menopause have their own unique challenges and have kept the home workouts at less than 30 minutes to help and the modifications are great for those with joint pain, or low energy levels. We also address any additional needs at check ins if you’re on the accountability boost and have a resource area with additional information to support you during this time.

How does the program help with mental health?

Physical activity, proper nutrition, and a sense of accomplishment all contribute to better mental health. Our program includes stress-management techniques, mindfulness practices, and a supportive community for creating a positive relationship with fitness and food.

What if I have reduced mobility or other physical limitations?

We have modifications that are lower impact and easier on the knees. It’s always a good idea to check with a physio or doctor if you are worried about undertaking certain exercises.

I’m busy with work and/or kids, how can I make this work?

Our home workouts (dumbbell & banded) are designed to take less than 30 minutes, while the gym workouts are all  around an hour—perfect for getting stronger without taking up too much of your day.

Will I need special equipment?

Minimal equipment is needed. Our home workouts can be done with either a couple of dumbbells or a few bands. If you currently don’t have any equipment then these bands are a great starting point.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No! If you’re wanting to focus on your nutrition then we’ll help you make changes that feel sustainable long term.  You’ll find that small, manageable changes to improve your nutrition will still get you the results without you feeling overwhelmed.

Is the nutrition plan tailored to me?

We set your targets based on what you tell us in your welcome form. These will be personal to you and you’ll find some fantastic recipes in the resource area as well as some great options from our community.

Do I need to give up my favourite foods?

Not at all. Our philosophy is about balance, not deprivation. We’ll help you learn how to enjoy your favourite foods while still meeting your health and fitness goals.

How will I track my progress?

There is the app designed to do this, as well as the community forum, and check ins with the coach defending on which membership you choose - these will track both physical and habit based progress.

What kind of support will I receive?

You’ll have access to a community of like-minded women, bi-weekly check-ins with your coach (Accountability Boost only), and resources to keep you motivated and informed. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

How can I remain accountable?

For those who want the extra accountability of a live class, we offer one live session per week. The schedule is announced in advance, and all classes are recorded, so you can still take part even if you can’t make it live. These classes are HIIT-based, with modifications included, to get your heart rate up and challenge you wherever you’re at.

What happens if I lose motivation?

It happens to everyone, and we’re here to help! Whether through motivational resources, a pep talk from your coach at check in (accountability boost), sharing on the forum, or adjusting your plan, we’ll work together to get you back on track.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Sign up through our website, and we’ll guide you through an initial consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and any special considerations.

Do I need to commit to a long-term plan?

Not at all. While our program is designed for long-term success, you can join for as long as you feel it’s benefiting you. We offer flexible membership options to fit your needs and you can self cancel at any time…although we’d love you to reach out as moving levels might be all you need.
