Do I need to be fit already?

Nope. You can start from wherever you are. We'll meet you there.

Will this work if I’m in perimenopause?

Yes...this is our speciality. Everything is designed with midlife women in mind. Ruth has specific menopause qualifications to ensure she has the knowledge needed to help those who are at this stage in life.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

Not at all. We offer band, dumbbell, and gym options, plus yoga flows.

What if I’ve tried everything before?

You’re not alone and this time, we’re building change that lasts...starting where you are now.

How often do workouts change?

A new block of workouts is added every 6 weeks to allow for progressive overload. We keep each block up for 12 weeks total so you can continue a little longer if you prefer.

How do you split the workouts?

Home workouts are in full body format for the follow along versions, but you have the option of full body or upper/lower/full body for the in app versions. Gym workouts follow Upper/Lower/Full Body and then a Full Body Bonus session. 

What if I have reduced mobility or other physical limitations?

We have modifications that are lower impact and easier on the knees. It’s always a good idea to check with a physio or doctor if you are worried about undertaking certain exercises.

Will I need special equipment?

Minimal equipment is needed. Our home workouts can be done with either a couple of dumbbells or a few bands. If you currently don’t have any equipment then these bands are a great starting point.
